References and links
The references and links to other Internet sites are not the responsibility of the municipal authorities. Access to such sites and their use are at the users’ own risk. The municipal authorities decline any responsibility for such Internet sites.
Data protection
Article 13 of the Federal Constitution and the Federal and Cantonal laws on data protection stipulate that every person has a right to the protection of his/her privacy, as well as to protection against the wrongful use of data concerning him/her. The municipal authorities strictly comply with these provisions.
Personal data are treated in an absolutely confidential manner and are neither sold nor transmitted to third parties.
In close collaboration with our web hosting services, we endeavour to take every possible measure to protect all the databases from external intrusions, losses, inappropriate use and falsification.
No personal data are recorded during access to our home page. The Internet server records only non-personal user data, which are communicated to the municipal authorities and indicate trends, enabling us to improve our offer (log files). The user data are not combined with personal data.
These rules do not, however, apply to making voluntary contact. At the time of registering your e-mail address, this is stored in a separate database which is not linked in any way with the anonymous log files. You have the possibility of cancelling your registration at any time.
