Book Presentation - "A Scientific-Practical Solution to Afghanistan's Ethnic & Structural Crisis"

On October 3, Dr. Abdulkhaleq Lalzad, an Afghan historian and author, will present his book *A Scientific-Practical Solution to Afghanistan's Ethnic & Structural Crisis* at L'Atelier. Published in 2025, this book explores the idea of decentralizing the state across its provinces, based on principles of civic justice and social balance.
